1How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for standard themes, and 3-4 weeks for custom designs. However, we often accommodate last-minute requests when possible. For peak seasons (May-August and December), earlier booking is recommended.

2What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton, and Lethbridge, as well as surrounding communities in Alberta. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service areas.

3Can I customize my decoration theme?

Absolutely! We love creating custom designs. Share your ideas, color preferences, or inspiration photos and we'll bring your vision to life. Custom themes may require additional design time, so please book in advance.

4How long does setup take?

Setup time varies by package: Basic setups take 1-2 hours, standard packages 2-3 hours, and premium installations 3-4 hours. We always arrive with plenty of time before your event to ensure everything is perfect.

5Do you provide same-day or emergency decoration services?

We often accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. There may be a rush fee for same-day service. Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent requests.

6What's included in your decoration packages?

Our packages typically include: backdrop setup, balloon arrangements, decorative props, delivery, professional installation, and cleanup. Specific inclusions vary by package. Contact us for detailed package information.

7Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept e-transfer, cash, and credit card payments.

8What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 3-7 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours notice.

9Do you offer rentals only (without setup)?

Yes! We offer DIY backdrop rentals and karaoke equipment rentals. You can pick up the items or we can deliver them. DIY rentals come with setup instructions.

10Can I add photography or cake service to my decoration?

Yes! We offer photography services and custom cakes as add-ons to your decoration package. You can also choose our Full Package which includes decoration, photography, cake, catering, and DJ services.

11Do you decorate outdoor venues?

Yes, we can decorate outdoor venues. However, weather conditions may affect certain decorations like balloons. We recommend having a backup indoor location or tent for outdoor events.
